    My room was next to a club. Considering the noise, a complimentary upgrade would have been appropriate. Alas, I just couldn't give this a good review after all.

    pleasant stay but could improve in some areas.

    The hotel is beautifully designed and looked super fresh, made for a wonderful environment. The gourmet food was extraordinary, and the staff were great too. I particularly enjoyed the fine mountain view from my room.

    The only downside was the slight delay in room service, which could be improved.

    The super nice team. The 5-course dinners were very nice every night. I loved the efficient ski shop and easy access to slopes that exceeded my expectations.

    I couldn't get enough of the amazing pizza at the Weinstube and the Schlosslounge knows how to serve top-notch drinks. The free access to the SCHLOSS SPA made me feel like royalty.

    Who needs privacy when you can share your balcony with other guests? Privacy is overrated, after all.

    Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel that offered a cozy feel with excellent staff members who were always ready to help. The spacious rooms were perfect for my family of six, and having the ski rental shop on site made it easy to hit the slopes early. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the spa was a great way to recharge for the next day's activities.

    The walk to the ski lift was a bit longer than expected, and with young children, it felt even longer. , skiing back to the hotel was not an option, as the slopes were only for expert skiers.

    The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful and made our Christmas stay very special. They were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes and cable car. We didn't have to waste any time getting to the slopes and could make the most of our skiing time. - the spa area was lovely and provided a great place to relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes. the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

    The hotel was quite expensive, which was a bit of a downside. We felt that it was not entirely worth the price we paid for our stay.

    schlosshotel ischgl 5 surpassed my expectations during our group visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.     I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect: just a few minutes' walk to the cable car and to the restaurant.     This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the service was excellent and the Spa & wellness centre was incredible. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room were relaxing and well-maintained. the sun terrace had a beautiful view and the spa lounge was perfect to unwind. the restaurant was superb, with a great selection of dishes and fresh ingredients.

    The only minor issue was the entertainment options. While the night club was fun, it was a bit too crowded and loud for my liking.
